Andhra Pradesh Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society inviting applicants for the posts of 1753 Resident Teachers, Special Teachers posts.

APSWREI Society running 289 residential institutions in Andhra Pradesh under the department of Social Welfare, Government of Andhra Pradesh. The Society institutions conducting residential education to SC/ST/BC communities from 5th class to Intermediate classes

Resident Teacher - - 1753 Posts

Educational Qualifications required for subject Teachers:

General candidates (Other than SC/ST)

1)A 1st Class in Graduation with not less than 60% marks in the optional subjects from a recognised University

2)A 1st Class PG degree in the relevant subject, with not less than 60% marks from a recognised University

3)A 2nd Class B.Ed Degree with not less than 50% marks [both theory & practical] with relevant methods of teaching from a recognised University

For SC candidates

1)A 2nd class Graduation Degree with not less than 55% marks from a recognised University.

2)A 2nd class Post Graduation Degree with not less than 55% marks from a recognised University.

3)A B.Ed Degree with relevant methods of teaching from a recognised University.

For ST candidates:

1)A 2nd class Graduation Degree i with not less than 50% marks from a recognized University.

2)A 2nd class Post Graduation Degree with not less than 50% marks from a recognized University .

3)A B.Ed Degree with relevant methods of teaching from a recognized University.

Only candidates who studied in English medium at College level at least 2 levels (from
Intermediate to Post Graduation) and capable of teach in English medium only need to apply
 for the posts of non languages and English subject.”

ii) Bachelor of Fine Arts or equivalent degree.

Music Teacher:
i) Pass in Intermediate.
ii) Diploma / Degree in Indian Music or its equivalent qualification.

Staff Nurses:
3 ½ years Nurse Training Course [GNM]
OR ANM / MPHW.

Age:

1. The candidates should not cross the age of 36 years as on 01.07.2012. This age limit is relaxed up to 5 years for SC/ST, 4 years for BCs and 9 years for Physically handicapped persons.

2. Maximum age relaxation of 5 more years at the rate of 1 year for the service of each academic year (Minimum service of 6 Months in an academic year) in case the applicant worked as part time in APSWR Institution.

Selection Process:

The selection will be based on Percentage of marks secured by candidates in the prescribed qualifying examinations i.e.

Fee:

i) For SC/ST/BC/PH candidates Rs.75/-
ii) For OC candidates Rs.150/-
iii) Candidates belonging to States other than Andhra Pradesh will be
considered in general category only and are required to pay the above
prescribed fee.

Mode of Payment of Fee:

The Applicant should pay the prescribed
Fee as per the notification in any one of the AP Online center and obtain
Fee paid receipt with Journal Number(12 digit) in the first instance.

Submission of Application: After payment of Fee, the Candidate has to log on to the website www.swrs.ap.gov.in and at Careers on home page click on APPLY ONLINE link or directly visit http://swrtc.cgg.gov.in to view the detailed notification, User Guide and Application Form.

Last date for payment of Fee at AP Online center is 24.07.2012
Last date for submission of Application through online is 25.07.2012 up to 5 P.M
Starting date for Payment of Fee and Application submission through online is 11.07.2012.
